Job Summary
2050 Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant HR Manager – Payroll to manage payroll operations and support HR activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS.
- Coordinate with finance for payroll reconciliation and salary disbursement.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and HR analytics as required by management.
- Address employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR, MHRM, or equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Payroll and HR Operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
