Job Purpose
To lead, plan, and manage the company’s entire technology ecosystem—including IT infrastructure, business applications, cybersecurity, networks, and project-site technology requirements—ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable support for all corporate and project operations.
Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Governance
- Develop and execute the IT roadmap aligned with business goals and multi-project delivery timelines. Emotive

Infrastructure & Operations
- Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure: servers, networks (LAN/WAN/VPN), cloud services, endpoints, telephony, and backup systems.lhh

Project-Site Technology Enablement
- Partner with Project Heads to define and deploy site IT requirements: network setup, CCTV/IP systems, biometric attendance, Wi-Fi, and sales gallery tech.bebee+1
- Coordinate IT readiness for new project launches, handovers, and site consolidations/closures.remotive

Applications & Business Systems
- Own and optimize core platforms: ERP (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Zoho), CRM, HRMS, accounting software, and document management systems. Dice
- Gather requirements from business units (Sales, Construction, Finance, HR) and translate into system enhancements or new implementations.
- Lead UAT, training, and change management for system rollouts.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
- Implement and monitor security controls: firewalls, endpoint protection, access management, DLP, and regular vulnerability assessments
- Manage backups, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity plans (BCP) for all critical systems
- Conduct periodic access reviews and ensure least-privilege principles across applications.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, MSPs, and service providers; negotiate SLAs and conduct quarterly reviews.
- Prepare and control the annual IT budget (CAPEX/OPEX), track spend, and forecast for upcoming projects.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team across corporate and project locations.
- Define KPIs for IT service delivery (ticket resolution time, system uptime, user satisfaction).
- Qualifications & ExperienceEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- 6–10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or multi-site/multi-project organizations strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM implementations, network infrastructure, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
Key Skills & Competencies
- Technical: Network architecture, server/cloud management, cybersecurity, SaaS platforms, ITSM tools, backup/DR solutions.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple concurrent IT projects across sites with strict timelines.
- Business Acumen: Understand real estate operations (sales, construction, handover) and align IT solutions accordingly.
- Leadership: Team building, stakeholder management, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Communication: Clear, professional communication with technical and non-technical audiences; strong documentation skills.
- Master’s degree (MBA/MTech) or certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CCNA, CISSP, Microsoft/Azure) preferred.
