What I bring to the role

Deep software architecture expertise — 18+ years designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance 5G L2 Scheduler and general L2 software modules on GPP platforms, with a focus on clean abstractions, algorithmic efficiency, and long-term code health.

Cross-functional technical leadership — Guiding global engineering teams through the full product lifecycle, translating complex scheduling and MAC-layer requirements into coherent software designs while mentoring engineers on implementation strategy.
