Job Summary
Next Door Realty is looking for a talented Video Editor & Videographer to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging visual content, capable of shooting premium-quality videos, and skilled at editing content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
* Shoot high-quality videos of residential and commercial properties across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai.
* Capture property walkthroughs, lifestyle videos, client testimonials, team content, and behind-the-scenes footage.
* Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and paid advertising campaigns.
* Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, music, sound effects, and color correction.
* Work closely with the marketing team to execute creative concepts and content calendars.
* Ensure all content aligns with Next Door Realty's brand identity and quality standards.
* Manage and organize video files and project assets efficiently.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
* Must own a professional camera suitable for commercial video production.
* Proficient in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
* Ability to produce high-quality, polished edits with strong storytelling, smooth transitions, color correction, audio balancing, and attention to detail.
* Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and cinematic shooting techniques.
* Experience creating short-form content for Instagram Reels and other social media platforms.
* Ability to travel across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai for property shoots.
* Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in real estate, architecture, hospitality, or lifestyle content.
* Basic photography skills are a plus.
