We are looking for a Finance Manager with hands-on accounting experience who can independently manage financial operations and take ownership of key responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience.

Strong experience in handling end-to-end accounting, from Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to finalization of accounts.

Candidates with articleship experience from Tier 2 or Tier 3 firms are preferred.

Candidates with Big 4 articleship experience will not be considered for this role, unless they have end to end accounting.

Good understanding of statutory and regulatory compliances, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and related filings.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong people management and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work as an Individual Contributor (IC) while also leading and guiding a team.

Experience in delegating work and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Knowledge of Zoho Books (India) and QuickBooks (US entities) will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of taking complete ownership of the finance function across multiple entities. In this role, you will:

Manage end-to-end accounting operations for 7 group entities.

Oversee and delegate day-to-day accounting activities across all entities.

Own and manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

Ensure statutory compliance for all entities, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for audits, compliance activities, and financial statement preparation.

Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring effective delegation and timely execution of daily tasks.

Support the leadership team with financial reporting and business requirements.

Assist in fund-raise related financial activities and documentation.

Work closely with the Founder and CFO through a dual reporting structure.

Continuously improve finance processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
