Aikyam Capital is looking for a dynamic finance professional to join our growing Investment Banking team.
If you have experience in Debt Syndication, Structured Finance, Transaction Advisory, or Capital Raising transactions, this is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact deals across sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Execution of debt syndication and structured finance transactions
Financial modelling, valuation analysis, and credit assessment
Preparation of pitch books, Information Memorandums (IMs), and investor presentations
Support fundraising, refinancing, and restructuring mandates
Coordinate transactions with lenders, investors, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders
Conduct market research, due diligence, and execution support
Preferred Background
MBA / PGPM (Finance) from a reputed institution
CA / CFA / FRM preferred
3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Structured Finance, Debt Syndication, or Transaction Advisory
Strong financial modelling, Excel, analytical, and presentation skills
