We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in stock management, inventory control, and minimizing food waste.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Monitor ingredient quality and report shortages or equipment issues.
- Support the Head Chef in menu development and daily kitchen operations.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.
- Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine; café experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
