CCTV Monitoring and Maintenance Executive – Krishna Group, Korba CHHATTISGARH
Monitor all CCTV cameras installed across company locations and ensure continuous surveillance coverage
Observe live camera feeds and identify any unusual, suspicious, or unauthorized activities
Maintain proper recording functionality and ensure footage is being stored correctly
Regularly check camera quality, network connectivity, and system performance
Troubleshoot basic issues related to CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, monitors, and network devices
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for major repairs and technical support
Maintain records of CCTV maintenance activities, breakdowns, and corrective actions
Retrieve and provide CCTV footage whenever required by management or authorized departments
Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning efficiently and securely
Conduct routine inspections of cameras, cables, storage devices, and power backup systems
Monitor server and storage capacity to prevent data loss
Ensure compliance with company security policies and surveillance standards
Prepare reports on system status, maintenance activities, and incident observations
Support installation and commissioning of new CCTV cameras and surveillance systems
Maintain confidentiality and security of recorded footage and surveillance data
Coordinate with administration, security, and IT teams for smooth operation of surveillance systems
Respond promptly to technical issues and minimize system downtime
Knowledge of CCTV systems, networking, troubleshooting, and surveillance operations preferred
Ability to work independently and handle multiple locations when required
Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills required.
