Position: Accountant cum Admin
Location: Aditya Birla Skills Centre (ABSC), Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, cash book, and petty cash.
- Process vendor bills, reimbursements, and maintain financial records.
- Coordinate with the finance team for invoicing, MIS, and monthly reports.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and administrative documentation.
- Oversee office administration, procurement, inventory, and asset management.
- Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and office requirements.
- Maintain statutory records and support compliance-related documentation.
- Assist the Centre Coordinator in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Ensure proper filing and record management of financial and administrative documents.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com / BBA) or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred).
- Good communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in the education, skill development, or NGO sector will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
