We are looking for a proactive and self driven HR Executive &Lead to join our growing team and take ownership of recruitment, HR operations, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead hiring for Academic & Operations teams
✔ Manage onboarding and payroll processes
✔ Oversee team coordination and daily operations
✔ Ensure smooth HR processes and employee engagement
Requirements:
- MBA in HR or related field (mandatory)
- 1–4 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Experience in EdTech (preferred)
