Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Bhopal (Work from Office)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and dynamic HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, project coordination, and client communication for our Skill Development & Government Projects. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple responsibilities, coordinate with internal teams and clients, maintain project documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HR
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for project and office requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project teams for manpower planning and operational requirements.
- Support execution and monitoring of Skill Development & Government Projects.
- Maintain project MIS, reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Follow up with trainers, field staff, and project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in preparing project reports and official documentation.
Client Coordination
- Coordinate with government departments, clients, and stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle client communication professionally and resolve day-to-day coordination issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
Administration
- Prepare official letters, reports, emails, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain proper filing and record management.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong recruitment and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant discipline.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Project Coordination, Administration, or Skill Development Projects.
- Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills are also encouraged to apply.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Monday to Saturday
Working Hours
10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
