SAP FICO Consultant – L2 Support (S/4 HANA)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO L2 Consultant to provide application support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement for SAP S/4 HANA Finance systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO modules, with a focus on production support, incident management, and minor enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
L2 Application Support & Incident Management
- Provide Level 2 support for SAP FICO incidents, service requests, and problem management.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within defined SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with L3/technical teams.
- Monitor and support daily system operations and batch jobs.
SAP FI (Financial Accounting)
- Support FI modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Handle minor configuration changes.
SAP CO (Controlling)
- Support Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Cost Elements.
- Assist in allocations and period-end processes.
Integration & Cross-Module Support
- Support FI-MM, FI-SD integration issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
Enhancements & Change Management
- Support minor enhancements and prepare functional specs.
- Coordinate with ABAP team.
Testing & Documentation
- Support testing cycles and maintain documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years SAP FICO experience.
- Strong FI and basic CO knowledge.
- Experience with S/4 HANA preferred.
- Knowledge of GST / Indian taxation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- AMS environment experience.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar tools.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
