Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents, parcels, and courier services.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic office tasks.
- Purchase office supplies and maintain stock as required.
- Support staff with administrative and operational activities.
- Deliver documents to banks, government offices, vendors, or clients when needed.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and properly arranged before meetings.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues or repair requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by the administration team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
