Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Sales Team Lead to manage and scale our sales team, ensuring strong performance, client engagement, and consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage & motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop & execute winning sales strategies
- Monitor team performance with regular reviews
- Support team in closing high-value deals
- Build & maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct daily huddles, training & performance tracking
- Ensure accurate CRM reporting & pipeline management
- Identify new business opportunities & market trends
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6 years of sales experience (1–2 years in team handling)
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in B2B / IT / Digital Sales preferred
