Job Title: Receptionist / Administration Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a smart, organized, and professional Receptionist / Administration Executive to join our team. This role involves managing front office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration, and providing support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office events.
- Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries.
- Oversee office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with HR and Accounts in basic administrative tasks (data entry, documentation, follow-ups).
- Ensure reception and office areas are neat, welcoming, and well-organized.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma holder (any stream).
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, front desk, or administration role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
