The Social Media Team Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. The role involves leading the social media team, overseeing content planning, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring effective execution across all social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Lead and manage the social media team, assigning tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
- Plan and supervise content calendars for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design, content, and ads teams for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content strategies.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and creativity skills.
