This position “Hub Operations Specialist" is part of the Business Operations. The main responsibilities include supporting Hub governance and implement strategic hub projects, organizational improvements, and administrative initiatives. The focus is on high complexity initiatives that may span across end-to-end process areas an environment characterized by interdependent changes and advanced technologies, offering you a challenging and engaging work environment.
Serve as a key member of the Hub Operations team, providing operational support across Hyderabad Hub initiatives and acting as a central coordination point for hub-wide matters in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
Partner closely with critical support functions including Workplace Experience, Real Estate & Facilities, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Security, Legal, Finance, Digital, Learning & Development, Communications, and Employee Engagement to ensure seamless hub operations.
Support the Hub Leadership Team (Hub LT) by coordinating governance forums, maintaining action trackers, monitoring Progress, and driving accountability to ensure timely closure of commitments and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with Communications and Employee Engagement teams to plan and execute leadership visits, stakeholder engagements, town halls, workshops, employee events, and other hub-wide initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders for Hub-wide Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Crisis Management, Emergency Response preparedness, and HSE-related programs, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
Track, monitor, and report on internal and external audit observations, risk mitigation actions, and compliance-related activities, driving timely resolution of open items at the hub level.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and operational insights to support leadership decision-making and governance reviews.
Lead or support strategic hub projects and operational excellence initiatives aimed at improving employee experience, workplace effectiveness, compliance, and overall hub performance.
Communicate confidently with senior leaders and stakeholders, acting as a hands-on individual contributor who drives results through collaboration, influence, and proactive follow-through.
