- React — hooks, components, comfortable with the modern rendering model.
- Next.js (App Router) — routes, Server / Client Components, Server Actions, caching.
- Database management systems — strong relational fundamentals (normalisation, transactions,

- SQL — joins, aggregates, simple migrations, ability to read a query plan.
- Utility-first CSS (Tailwind or equivalent) with design tokens; accessibility and dark mode

- Workflow / BPM engine design.

Eligibility
Experience Minimum 2 years of professional full-stack web-app experience on production systems.
Degrees accepted (in order of preference)
1.B.Tech / B.E. in CS / IT / SE / ECE / EE
2.M.Tech / M.S. in the above (counts as +1 year experience)
3.MCA from a recognised university
