We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our student base by managing lead generation, conducting demo sessions, and supporting sales closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course offerings.
- Schedule and conduct demo sessions (online or in-person).
- Follow up with leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions.
- Assist students with the admission process and course selection.
- Achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads from campaigns.
- Maintain positive relationships with enrolled students for referrals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or academic counseling (preferably in the education/training sector).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CAD software or engineering education is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
