Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager with expertise in civil interior projects to manage project costing, BOQ preparation, budgeting, vendor coordination, and commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project cost estimates and budgets
- Analyze BOQs, quotations, and project expenses
- Monitor project costing and ensure budget adherence
- Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and project teams
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare reports
- Support project planning and execution teams with financial insights
- Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality
Required Skills
- Strong experience in civil interior projects
- Knowledge of estimation, costing, and BOQ preparation
- Good analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and costing tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Understanding of interior project execution and costing
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage budgets efficiently
- Good communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
