Clinical Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients admitted to the hospital.
- Provide immediate medical attention to emergency and critical care patients.
- Conduct daily rounds and monitor patient progress.
- Implement treatment plans as advised by consultants.
- Perform medical procedures within the scope of practice.
- Stabilize patients during emergencies and coordinate referrals when required.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Patient Care & Coordination
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals for effective patient management.
- Ensure continuity of care during shift handovers.
- Counsel patients and relatives regarding treatment plans and progress.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with patient safety protocols.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
