Typical job duties
Generate and follow up on leads from OEMs, traders, dealers, and end users.
Communicate with customers about quotations, order status, delivery updates, and technical queries.
Coordinate with plant, production, dispatch, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Support market research, competitor tracking, and customer development.
Maintain sales records, customer databases, and reporting for management .
Skills usually expected
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic technical understanding of foundry products, castings, alloys, or machining.
Ability to handle customer follow-ups and documentation.
Familiarity with CRM, Excel, email, and business communication.
Willingness to travel for client visits and market development.
Operating area For this role, the operating area is usually both office and field-based: Office work: customer communication, quotations, documentation, order tracking. Plant/shop-floor interface: coordination with production, QA, dispatch, and technical teams. Market area: local or regional customer visits, depending on the company’s sales territory
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
