Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Telecalling Executive to join our student recruitment team. You will be responsible for handling outbound calls, engaging with prospective students or parents, and guiding them through the initial stages of their study abroad journey.Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from the lead database.
- Explain MGM Global's study abroad services and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Schedule counseling sessions and follow up consistently until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Share basic information about courses, countries, admission criteria, and documentation.
- Assist the counselling team in collecting required documents for processing.
- Handle basic queries regarding study destinations and application timelines.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, or lead generation (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication skills in English (regional languages a plus).
- Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp/email follow-ups.
- Enthusiastic, polite, and persuasive on calls.
- Willingness to learn about global education systems and countries like UK, USA, Canada, Germany, Cyprus, Italy, Europe and Australia etc.
