We are seeking a reliable and professional Reception & Client Inquiry Support Officer to assist our Australian migration and legal firm with handling inbound inquiries and reception operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls through Dialpad
- Respond to WhatsApp and online inquiries
- Follow up missed calls promptly
- Book consultations for migration agents and lawyers
- Collect basic client information
- Create and update leads in ClickUp/CRM
- Escalate urgent matters to management
- Ensure all inquiries are handled professionally and promptly

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong internet connection and quiet work environment
- Experience in reception, customer service, or call handling preferred
