Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our Cable & Wires manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process for various positions across production, engineering, quality, maintenance, sales, procurement, warehouse, and corporate functions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong talent acquisition skills, experience in manufacturing recruitment, and the ability to attract quality talent within stipulated timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
Understand departmental hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through Linkedin, job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Manufacturing & Technical Hiring
Employer Branding & Sourcing
Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
Coordinate campus recruitment and apprenticeship hiring.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives.
Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
HR Coordination
Coordinate pre-employment documentation and joining formalities.
Support onboarding and induction activities.
Conduct reference checks and background verification.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Track:

Offer Acceptance Ratio
Recruitment Closure Rate
Maintain recruitment records and documentation.
Required Qualifications:-
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience:-
2–6 years of recruitment experience.
Experience in Manufacturing, Cable & Wires, Electrical Equipment, Engineering, or Industrial sectors preferred.
Proven experience in bulk hiring and technical recruitment.
