Job Description

We are looking for a Senior WordPress PHP Developer with 4–6 years of experience to build scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions. In this role, you will architect and develop advanced WordPress platforms, integrate modern React-based frontends, and connect multiple third-party systems.

This position is ideal for developers who bring strong backend expertise, understand modern frontend ecosystems, and can deliver robust, enterprise-grade digital experiences. Experience with Magento 2 will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Skills

Strong expertise in PHP (7.4/8.x) and advanced WordPress development.
Hands-on experience with React.js, including component architecture and state management.
Proven experience in third-party API integrations (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, SOAP).
Strong understanding of MySQL, database optimization, and query performance.
Knowledge of WordPress security, caching (Redis, Memcached), and performance tuning.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
Familiarity with headless or hybrid WordPress architectures.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and customize WordPress themes, plugins, custom post types, and core functionalities using modern PHP standards.
Build headless or hybrid WordPress architectures integrated with React.js frontends.
Create dynamic and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
Design and implement complex integrations with third-party systems such as payment gateways, CRMs, ERPs, and marketing tools.
Work on Magento 2 projects when required, including customization and API integrations.
Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and performance across all deliverables.
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and high-traffic environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX and frontend developers.
Mentor junior developers and promote best coding and security practices.
