Job Summary
Polaris, a global powersports leader, is seeking a Sr. Web QA Automation Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability of Customer-facing websites. As a Web QA Automation Engineer on the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust automated testing solutions that regularly exercise full system functionality and ensure project requirements are implemented properly. The ideal candidate is effective in a fast-paced Agile development environment, is fresh on industry best practices and automated testing standards and is passionate about delivering quality products to customers. Interest in powersports is a plus!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive test plan, test cases and test strategies based on project requirements, ensuring comprehensive test coverage for customer facing web applications.

Build, maintain and execute robust and scalable web automation framework and scripts that validate the functionality and stability of our applications across various browsers & devices.
•
Integrate automation and performance tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and feedback cycles.
•
Identify, document, and track software defects early in the development lifecycle. Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
•
Execute regression & smoke testing to support software releases to customers
•
Conduct performance and load testing to identify the bottlenecks and ensure scalability.
•
Experience with source control tools like Git
•
Have a customer-focused mindset for delivering a product that is centered around great customer experience
•
Be an active participant in and help enhance a mature agile environment to deliver high-quality applications
•
Explore new methods and tools for functional, automated testing & AI
•
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to implement QA processes within the established QA standardization and best practices.
•
Flexible enough to work on multiple products being produced for a fast-changing market
•
Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members
Skill Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
•
At least 8+ years of experience in software testing
•
At least 5 years of experience delivering highly effective web & mobile web automation solutions using Selenium WebDriver in a C# environment
•
Hands-on experience in building automated test suites (API) using Playwright-TS is a plus.
•
Strong experience building scalable automation frameworks from the ground up.
•
Hands-on experience in API testing using Playwright / Postman ensuring comprehensive coverage and integration within the testing framework.
•
Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, test case /script generation tools) to improve test authoring, defect analysis, and quality engineering productivity
•
Good to have: performance testing experience (JMeter)
•
Experience implementing and supporting continuous integration testing solutions with Jenkins / GitHub Actions
•
Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, LambdaTest
•
Familiarity with C# and JavaScript. Understanding coding standards and best practices in both languages is essential.
•
Strong background and knowledge in automated, system, smoke, black box, integration, and unit testing
•
Experience with Agile development methods such as Scrum and Kanban
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with the engineering team and create testing plans and written reports showing errors
•
Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar degree
Preferred Qualifications:
•
Experience with AI/ML-driven test automation solutions is a plus.
•
Experience in web automation using Selenium C# / Playwright
•
Familiarity with LambdaTest
•
TestRail experience
•
Experience with performance testing and monitoring tools (JMeter and Azure Monitoring Dashboards)
Other Requirements
1.ISTQB Certification in Software Testing is a plus.
