We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our hypermarket team in Kakkanad Edachira.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and work allocation.
- Ensure proper customer service and floor management.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with team members and ensure company procedures are followed.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an FMCG, supermarket, or hypermarket environment.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage daily store operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
