Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business needs, challenges, and growth objectives.
- Develop and present customized business consulting solutions and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets..
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Business Consulting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing corporate clients and strategic accounts.
- Ability to lead a team and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
