We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Junior Architect to join our design team. In this role, you will support the architectural process from initial concept through construction documentation. You will work closely with senior staff to develop design schemes, produce technical drawings, and coordinate with consultants to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Development: Assist in the creation of conceptual designs, mood boards, and 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction drawings (GFCs) using CAD and BIM software.
- Modeling & Rendering: Build physical and digital models to communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordination: Collaborate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to integrate various building systems into the architectural set.
- Site Visits: Assist in site inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Material Selection: Research building materials, finishes, and fixtures; maintain the office material library.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Software Proficiency:
- Expert: AutoCAD, Revit (BIM)
- Experience: 0 -2 Years.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹335,000.00 per year
