Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including patient scheduling, front desk management, and administrative functions.
- Ensure the clinic runs smoothly, with an efficient workflow for both patients and staff.
- Monitor clinic inventory and supplies, ensuring availability of medical supplies, equipment, and office materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment adhering to health and safety standards.
- Patient Care and Customer Service:
- Ensure that patients receive excellent care from the moment they enter the clinic until they leave.
- Handle patient complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues when necessary.
- Monitor patient satisfaction levels and work to improve the overall patient experience.
- Staff Supervision and Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Participate in the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of clinic staff.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor clinic expenses and budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and insurance claims processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the development of cost-effective strategies without compromising patient care quality.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with clinic policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare reports for senior management on clinic performance, patient statistics, and staff productivity.
- Technology and Systems Management:
- Oversee the clinic’s electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring it is up to date and used effectively.
- Coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement new technologies as needed.
- Business Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that increase patient volume and clinic visibility.
- Foster relationships with external partners, healthcare providers, and vendors to enhance the clinic’s service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a clinic or wellness center.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and regulations.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using clinic management software and EMR systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
