We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Payroll & Compliance to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of payroll processing, labour law compliance, and statutory regulations while ensuring timely and accurate compliance for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing & Payroll Compliance
- Factory Compliance
- Labour Law Compliance
- Vendor Compliance Audits
- EPF & ESIC Registration, Filing & Consultancy
- Establishment Compliance
- Third-Party Payroll Compliance
- Contractor Payroll & Compliance
- Statutory Registers, Returns & Documentation
- Liaise with government authorities when required
- Ensure timely statutory filings and compliance updates
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Indian Labour Laws
- Experience in Payroll Processing
- Understanding of EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Statutory Compliance
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Commerce, Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply)
