Job Description
We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who can handle leads confidently, communicate well with clients, and support the company’s growth through smart sales and on-ground marketing efforts.
This role suits someone who enjoys talking to people, understands how infrastructure or real estate sales work, and can follow up seriously until closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, site visits, and referrals
- Explain company projects, services, and offerings to prospective clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, presentations, and proposals
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain client data, enquiry records, and follow-up status
- Support digital and offline marketing activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in real estate or infrastructure
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in client handling and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Willingness to visit sites and meet clients when required
