Job Title: Nursery & LKG Teacher (Kindergarten)

About the Role
Dinis International Preschool is looking for a passionate, creative, and caring Nursery and LKG Teacher who loves working with young children and is committed to providing a joyful, safe, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Conduct circle time, storytelling, rhymes, phonics, numeracy, and hands-on learning activities.
- Observe, assess, and maintain records of each child's progress.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of every child.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities.
- Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom displays.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, PTMs, and staff meetings.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high academic standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Graduation mandatory).
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education, NTT, Montessori, or B.Ed. (Preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Preschool or Kindergarten (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and child-handling skills.
- Creative, energetic, patient, and passionate about early childhood education.
- Basic computer knowledge.
