A Commerce Teacher will be responsible for teaching subjects related to commerce, business, finance, and economics to students at the school . Their role includes lesson planning, classroom instruction, assessment, and helping students develop practical business knowledge and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Conduct classroom lectures, discussions, and practical activities.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Guide students in projects, presentations, and career planning.
- Use modern teaching methods and educational technology.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in school meetings, training and extracurricular activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- Master’s degree (M.Com/MBA).
- Teaching qualification such as B.Ed.
