About the Role
PS Collaborations is seeking an experienced and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer partnerships and execute impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, experience managing influencer collaborations, and an active understanding of social media trends. Candidates with a personal social media presence of 5,000–10,000+ followers will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, budgets, and campaign deliverables with influencers.
- Track campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging campaign content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer opportunities.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and achieve expected ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Brand Management.
- Strong network of influencers and content creators is preferred.
- Active social media presence with 5,000–10,000+ followers is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and campaign analytics.
- Creative thinking with strong organizational and project management skills.
