Your Role:
We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Jewelry Sales & Vendor Executive to join our growing startup. You'll be the bridge between our customers and vendors—engaging clients to sell customized/lab-grown diamond jewelry while building strong relationships with gold/diamond vendors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Sales :
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend customized jewelry pieces (9K/14K gold, lab-grown diamonds)
- Showcase jewelry collections, explain craftsmanship, materials, and pricing
- Negotiate prices, close sales, and process transactions
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships for repeat business
- Follow up on purchases and maintain customer records
Vendor Interaction :
- Source and communicate with gold/diamond vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality standards with vendors
- Coordinate order processing, inventory management, and timely product delivery
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
- Attend vendor meetings, trade shows, or exhibitions when needed
What You’ll Need:
- 1+ years of sales experience (preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, or custom products)
- Experience with CRMs or sales automation tools
- A strategic mindset—you enjoy building systems, not just chasing leads
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Confidence in handling high-ticket clients and personalised sales journeys
- Passion for jewellery design is a huge plus
