Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Sales Consultant to join our luxury automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and representing the brand's premium values and standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and corporate clients.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives tailored to customer requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver a personalized and premium customer experience aligned with brand standards.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in luxury automotive, premium retail, hospitality, or high-value consumer products.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience dealing with affluent customers and relationship-based selling.

- High level of professionalism and business etiquette.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
