Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Testing and Tricentis Tosca Automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing, with a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, STLC/SDLC, and automation framework development.
This role requires a detail-oriented QA professional who can ensure the quality, stability, and performance of Salesforce applications through comprehensive testing and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
- Build scalable and reusable automation frameworks.
- Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
- Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and End-to-End Testing.
- Identify, log, track, and validate defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, test execution, and production validation.
- Maintain testing documentation and provide regular project status updates.
- Support release validation and ensure application stability across multiple environments.

- Experience creating test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.
- Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and QA Complete.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in an Agile development environment.
