We are looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Specialist, Content Writer & Graphic Designer who can independently manage client accounts from content planning to post creation and publishing. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content writing, Canva design, social media management, and client communication, with the ability to handle projects with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
- Identify content opportunities, industry trends, and engaging content ideas.
- Create monthly content calendars and marketing plans.
- Write compelling social media captions, blog articles, website content, ad copy, and promotional materials.
- Design professional social media graphics, carousels, stories, reels covers, flyers, banners, and marketing materials using Canva.
- Edit and repurpose existing content into engaging social media posts.
- Schedule, publish, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when required.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather content requirements, approvals, and feedback.
- Manage multiple client accounts independently while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
- Advanced Canva skills with the ability to create professional designs without relying on a separate graphic designer.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business Profile content.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of client accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating short-form video content and reels using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Experience working in agencies or managing multiple business accounts.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar content creation tools.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
