We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Director to support daily business operations and ensure effective execution of tasks across departments.
The role involves managing the Director’s calendar, coordinating meetings, handling email communication, preparing reports and documentation, and most importantly tracking, delegating, and following up on tasks with department heads to ensure timely completion.
The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles, strong follow-up and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office, and excellent written and verbal communication in English.
This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and help streamline the Director’s workflow while supporting cross-department coordination.
