Job Summary
We are seeking a confident and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and close sales over calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain products/services and generate interest
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain call records and update CRM
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools
Ability to handle rejection and meet targets
Prior telesales experience is a plus
