About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-driven Marketing Manager who can build and execute the complete marketing function from scratch. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that establish a strong online presence, generate quality leads, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth.
This role requires someone who is highly proactive, analytical, tech-savvy, and passionate about building brands through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Building
- Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build brand awareness and establish a strong digital footprint across online channels.
- Create and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans.
- Identify new opportunities for brand positioning and market expansion.
Digital Marketing
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Drive lead generation through organic and paid marketing efforts.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Improve website visibility, rankings, and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Work on website optimization, technical SEO, and content SEO initiatives.
SMO & Social Media Marketing
- Create and manage social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop engaging content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor social media performance and audience insights.
Content Marketing
- Create and oversee high-quality marketing content including:
- Website content
- Blogs and articles
- Social media posts
- Email campaigns
- Case studies
- Marketing collaterals
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators.
Performance Marketing
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Optimize advertising spend and campaign performance.
- Implement retargeting and conversion optimization strategies.
Website & Online Presence Management
- Oversee website management and continuous improvement.
- Ensure an excellent user experience and lead generation funnel.
- Coordinate with website developers and agencies when required.
Lead Generation & Automation
- Create and implement lead-generation strategies.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM activities.
- Develop marketing funnels to improve conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website traffic, lead generation, campaign performance, SEO rankings, and social media metrics.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Measure and improve marketing effectiveness using data-driven decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing and Brand Building.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, SEM, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Experience handling Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Prior experience marketing industrial, HVAC, electrical appliance, or consumer durable products is highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to industries such as HVAC, air coolers, industrial fans, electrical appliances, or consumer durables strongly preferred.
- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Basic graphic design and video content understanding.
- Experience working with agencies and external marketing partners..
