Position Summary
Japfa Comfeed India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Compliance Executive to manage and ensure statutory compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory regulations, factory compliance requirements, and employee-related compliance activities within a manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesStatutory & Labour Law Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle compliance related to:
- Factories Act
- Industrial Relations regulations
- Shops & Establishments Act (where applicable)
- Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
- Minimum Wages Act
- Payment of Wages Act
- Payment of Bonus Act
- Payment of Gratuity Act
- EPF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund and other statutory compliances
- Monitor updates in labour laws and ensure timely implementation.
Statutory Returns & Documentation
- Preparation and submission of statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, notices, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants for compliance matters.
- Ensure compliance-related records are audit-ready at all times.
Contractor Compliance Management
- Verify contractor compliance documents and statutory payments.
- Monitor contractor labour compliance, attendance, wage records, and statutory contributions.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews of contractors and vendors.
Audit & Inspections
- Support internal, external, and statutory audits.
- Coordinate labour inspections and ensure closure of observations.
- Prepare compliance MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
HR Compliance Support
- Ensure employee documentation is maintained as per statutory requirements.
- Assist in implementation of HR policies and compliance frameworks.
- Support HR administration activities related to statutory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Human Resources, Labour Welfare, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
- Additional certification in Labour Laws or Industrial Relations will be preferred.
Experience Required
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR Compliance.
- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in labour law compliance and statutory compliances is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Working knowledge of EPF, ESIC, Factory Compliance, Bonus, Gratuity, and Wage compliance.
- Experience in handling government inspections and audits.
- Good documentation and record-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR compliance reporting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
