About Position:
We are looking for an experienced C# Automation Lead with strong expertise in Selenium and Playwright to design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality application delivery, and driving efficient testing practices across UI and API layers. This role requires close collaboration with development and product teams to enhance test coverage and integrate automation within CI/CD pipelines.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using C# and Selenium
- Implement UI automation using Playwright/Selenium
- Design, develop, and execute automated test cases for web and API applications
- Define and drive automation strategy and best practices
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams
- Identify, log, track, and support resolution of defects
- Perform regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance (for lead role)
Expertise You’ll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience in C# with Selenium and Playwright
- Proven experience in UI automation and API testing
- Good understanding of automation frameworks and design patterns (POM)
- Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with databases (SQL / MySQL)
- Leadership experience or ability to drive automation initiatives
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech. / M.C.A.
