Job Description: We are hiring Japanese Language Specialists for an international process based in Mumbai.
Candidates should possess excellent Japanese communication skills and experience in handling customer interactions through calls, emails, and chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage communication with Japanese clients through calls, chats, and emails
Provide accurate translation and interpretation support
Ensure smooth communication between teams and clients
Maintain professionalism and service quality in all interactions
Handle customer service queries effectively
Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar role mandatory
Fluency in Japanese (Speaking, Reading & Understanding) required
Full-time graduation mandatory
Candidates from reputed/top colleges preferred
Comfortable working from office
Willing to work in rotational shifts
Mumbai-based candidates preferred
Preferred Experience:
Customer Service ,Referral Specialist Roles ,International Call Centers Travel Industry ,Lifestyle Services .
Salary Package: ₹6.5 LPA
Fixed Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts Week Off: 6 working days + 1 rotational week off
