The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective customers, promoting security solutions, scheduling meetings for the sales team, following up on inquiries and quotations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential customers, corporate offices, schools, hospitals, warehouses, factories, housing societies, and commercial establishments.
- Generate qualified leads and identify customer requirements.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending orders.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel databases.
- HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or business development.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
