About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Frontend Developer with strong expertise in Next.js to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance web applications and be capable of transforming UI/UX designs into seamless, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
You should possess a deep understanding of modern frontend technologies, write clean and maintainable code, and be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and React.js.
- Build responsive, mobile-first, and pixel-perfect user interfaces from Figma or design specifications.
- Create reusable, modular, and maintainable components following industry best practices.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and collaborate closely with backend developers.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, SEO, accessibility, and scalability.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across various devices.
- Implement modern frontend architecture and follow clean coding standards.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products within deadlines.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router preferred) and React.js.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and responsive web development.
- Good understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), and client/server components in Next.js.
- Experience working with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.
- Familiarity with authentication, routing, state management, and frontend architecture.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, browser rendering, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write clean, scalable, reusable, and well-documented code.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Node.js and basic backend integration.
- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Experience deploying applications on platforms like Vercel, AWS, or similar cloud services.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and frontend performance optimization techniques.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
