Student Counseling and Support
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students facing academic, emotional, behavioral, or social challenges.
- Assess students' needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Support students in managing stress, anxiety, peer relationships, and personal issues.
- Promote positive mental health and emotional well-being among students.
- Maintain confidential counseling records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field.
- Certification in Counseling or School Counseling preferred.
- Additional training in Child Psychology, Career Counseling, or Mental Health Counseling is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in student counseling, school counseling, or a related role.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting preferred.
- Knowledge of child development and adolescent psychology.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
