Managing sales orders and invoices: Processing incoming orders, verifying accuracy, and coordinating with finance for billing and payment resolution
Maintaining customer and sales records: Updating CRM systems, tracking client communications, and ensuring data integrity
Preparing sales reports: Compiling performance metrics, monitoring sales targets, and generating internal dashboards
Customer service: Handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and acting as the primary administrative contact for clients
Internal coordination: Liaising with logistics, warehouse, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth operations
Supporting sales and marketing activities: Assisting with promotional materials, trade shows, or campaigns, depending on company size and structure
